Order Processing: Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. After you have placed your order we will confirm your order availability by email within 24 hours. Your Credit Card will not be charged until we confirm that the product is available and ready to be shipped.
Payment: Terms of payment are always full purchase price at time of order. We accept all major credit cards; you may also pay by check or money order. If you are paying by check, the product will not be shipped until the check has been deposited and funds are available.

Shipping:Please allow 2 to 3 business days for packing and shipping. The hair is shipped via USPS; delivery should take 4 to 7 business days. For Fed Ex next day delivery and foreign country ordered please contact us at contact@misspaulettehair.com
Return Policy: Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and changes cannot be made after an order is placed. Since hair is a delicate product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges to protect the hygiene of our customers.
I highly encourage you to request a free hair sample before you place your order.
Please review your order carefully before checking out. Miss Paulette Hair is not responsible for mistakes or errors in your order.
Replacements-defective products:We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. If you have received any product that is incorrect or defective you must contact us within (5) five business days of receipt of the merchandise.
Any exchange request after 5 business days will not be honored.
After you made your request, we will send you a return label for the merchandise you received. Once we have received the product back and have a chance to examine it we will send an immediate replacement.
Please Note: We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way. The product must be inside the original package and stripe.
Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted .
You will be required to pay return shipping charges and shipping on your new order. You will also be charge a 15% restocking fee for the product you are exchanging.
Cancellation Fees: For any shipments returned to us due to refusal upon delivery; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. The balance will be refunded to your credit card.
Policy Changes: Miss Paulette Hair reserves the right to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.
